IP Intercom System for China Agricultural Bank

To meet the requirement of unified management across the entire city and ensure rapid information dissemination, comprehensive control, and prompt response in case of emergencies, the China Agricultural Bank aims to integrate and utilize existing intercom/alarm panel resources at the front end. The goal is to establish a remote network connection between the monitoring center and various locations such as the vault, cash handling room, banking halls, and self-service branches. This integration aims to achieve functions including early warning, alert reception and handling, business diversion processing, and multi-network interoperability.

1. Remote Network Integration System

A single IP intercom system server can manage up to 100,000 intercom devices, meeting the requirement for unified management across the entire city.
Each branch monitoring center is equipped with two IP network visualization consoles. In the event of an activation (self-service area, cash counter, lobby manager or security personnel, vault/cash handling area), the system initiates a call to the primary network center console (Console 1) through the TCP/IP network. If Console 1 is busy or experiencing issues, the system will automatically switch to Console 2 for the call.

2、Access Intercom System

The intelligent access control system is used for the access control of bank vaults, cash handling rooms, cash counters, and office areas. It incorporates advanced authentication methods such as combined authentication, multi-factor authentication, and remote authentication authorization to meet the security requirements of sensitive scenarios. This significantly enhances overall security levels.

3、ATM Assistance System

The customer operating area of bank self-service devices should be equipped with full-duplex mode voice intercom devices for two-way voice communication with the networked monitoring center. The communication should be clear and continuously recorded.
Friendly reminder feature: When customers enter the self-service banking area, an automated voice message "Reminder: Ensure your withdrawal security" should be played. The voice messages can be remotely updated and batch updated.
Deterrence announcement feature: In case of abnormal situations detected at the self-service banking area, the on-duty personnel at the center can initiate a deterrence announcement to the self-service banking terminal. If necessary, sound waves can be used for dispersal.
