Background
The project is located in the Sales and Marketing Office of Capital Smart City, Islamabad, Pakistan. The hall is used for small to mid-sized business meetings, staff training, and cross-border video conferences. As an important external showcase, it supports daily meetings and reflects the company’s professional image and digital capabilities.
Challenge
The hall is large with a high ceiling and strong remote meeting needs. The client required a system that delivers clear sound and supports video conferencing. Speakers must be captured clearly while moving. Remote participants should not only hear clearly, but also see close-up views of the active speaker, creating a more immersive meeting experience.

The system uses high-performance amplifiers with a well-planned mix of wall-mounted and ceiling speakers.With proper sound field design, sound pressure is evenly distributed.Speech is clear and full in every area of the hall, from front to back.

Based on the hall’s structure and modern meeting needs, we delivered a one-stop solution that combines a digital conference system, wireless sound reinforcement, and automatic video tracking.

The goal was simple: free movement for speakers, clear sound, smart video, and easy system management.

Project Achievements
After project delivery, meeting sound in the hall became much clearer and remote meetings more convenient. Video tracking no longer requires manual camera control. The entire system is stable and ready to use, greatly reducing the workload and maintenance cost for IT staff.
