On January 16, 2025, the highly anticipated 2025 Intersec Exhibition in Dubai came to an end. The event, which started on January 14, brought together top companies and experts in security, firefighting, and industrial safety from around the world. The exhibition showcased many cutting-edge technologies and products, setting important trends for the industry.
Intersec is the largest professional safety and firefighting products exhibition in the Middle East. It attracts leading companies from the safety and security sectors, showing off the latest products and technologies. One of the highlights this year was SPON, which presented innovative audio solutions.
Spon has designed an innovative audio system specifically for small to medium-sized mosques. These systems are simple, powerful, and offer an unmatched audio experience for the congregation. Here are some key features:
♦ Integrated Design: The amplifier combines a mixer, DSP (Digital Signal Processor), and power amplifier into one unit, making the setup easier, saving space, and lowering costs.
♦ Customizable DSP Profiles: Pre-set DSP profiles are made for different mosque activities, such as prayers, sermons, and outdoor announcements. These can be adjusted to match your space and needs.
♦ Automatic Azan Player: The system automatically calculates and plays the Azan (call to prayer) at the correct time, no manual scheduling needed. The easy-to-use control panel lets you monitor and adjust settings.
♦ Dual Channel Amplifier: Separate output channels and gain controls give you precise audio balance and flexibility.
♦ Remote Control Panel: The plug-and-play remote control panel provides real-time system status and allows easy adjustments. Multiple panels can be connected for larger installations.
SIPLINK is an easy-to-use, highly compatible IPPA (IP Public Address) system. It doesn't require extra software or platforms.
♦ GEN-9102N: This device offers customizable shortcut keys, 1GB of memory for storing audio files, and four preset alarm modes for quick area-wide alerts.
♦ GEN-2001 Gateway: Supports multiple input signals like SIP, ONVIF, Bluetooth, and local files. It also has a powerful calendar scheduler to create different broadcast tasks.
♦ GEN-3001 Audio Interface: Supports various external devices like microphones, speakers, and alarm inputs. It can also work with third-party hardware for more flexible setups.
♦ GEN-6392A01 Network Speakers: This "All-in-One" system includes various external interfaces, and a single unit can handle most broadcast tasks. When combined, these units create a complete system.
NETLINK combines audio, video, and communication systems into one professional solution. It integrates broadcasting, intercom, and conference systems. Here are its features:
♦ XC-9031NV: This device supports area-wide or zone-based broadcasts, emergency broadcasts, two-way visual intercom, device monitoring, and video conferencing. It replaces the need for multiple devices that are usually required for these tasks.
♦ NAC-5003 Alarm Integration: This device connects your existing alarm system with the PA system, allowing automatic and deep integration. It lets you customize the alarm areas, sound signals, and volume to improve safety and alert accuracy.
♦ GEN-6391A03 Horn Speakers: Made from metal and rated with IP66 protection, these horn speakers deliver a 120dB sound, which is as loud as a concert, making sure the sound reaches far distances clearly.
♦ GEN-6212A01 High-Performance Audio Device: This device is durable, offers high-quality sound, is highly compatible, and is easy to manage. It's perfect for a variety of environments.
The 2025 Intersec showcased many innovative audio solutions, especially from SPON. Their tailored audio systems for mosques and advanced broadcast solutions are changing the way audio technology is used in safety and security. These systems not only improve safety but also make audio management more efficient and flexible, setting new standards for the industry.
