System Overview
The IP full-duplex window intercom system is specifically designed to address communication difficulties between tellers and customers in cash business areas, as well as to meet the remote authorization needs of tellers.
This system utilizes advanced MVPT multi-channel voice processing technology, which eliminates multi-path echoes generated both inside and outside the service window. It also monitors and learns the ambient sound levels in real time, allowing it to dynamically adjust the sensitivity of the intercom's internal and external microphones. This ensures that the output volume remains constant within a certain range, effectively resolving issues such as feedback, fluctuating volume, and lag, as well as facilitating remote authorization.

System Deployment
Monitoring Center
The equipment deployed at the monitoring center can share the "system service software" and "IP network microphone" of the remote networked IP intercom system.
System service software is deployed at the monitoring center to enable unified management, registration, naming, data distribution, and status display of the intercom devices at the service windows.
Deploying an IP network microphone enables two-way communication with the intercom devices at the service windows.
Cash Counter
Intercom units are deployed inside and outside the cash business counter to enable full-duplex communication between the teller and the customers.
Leadership/Service Office
IP network microphones are deployed in the branch leadership/service office to handle business authorization or assistance calls initiated by the cash business counter tellers, monitor the work status of the tellers, and communicate with the remote networked monitoring center.
System Function
Full-duplex intercom
IP network intercom devices support full-duplex communication between bank tellers and customers, ensuring clear and distinct audio during conversations.

Remote intercom
IP network intercom devices allow bank tellers to make one-click calls to the branch service or leadership office microphones for authorization when needed, and in emergencies, to the remote monitoring center for two-way communication.

Three-way calling
IP network intercom devices support three-way calling among bank tellers, customers, and leadership, facilitating communication and business inquiries for better customer service.

24-hour recording output
IP network intercom devices support continuous 24-hour recording output for both internal and external units. This can be connected to a DVR or IP camera for synchronized audio and video storage of conversations between tellers and customers during transactions, allowing for sound verification.

Personalized service phrases
IP network intercom devices support customizable personalized service phrases, such as "Hello, welcome!" and "We look forward to your next visit," standardizing bank services and enhancing the customer experience.

Smart self-check
IP network intercom devices support smart self-checks, which report any abnormalities locally while also notifying the connected monitoring center system service software, facilitating maintenance.

System Features
High-definition audio quality
The IP network full-duplex intercom system utilizes a breakthrough 32K high-definition sampling frequency, ensuring clear and loud audio that accurately reproduces the conversations between tellers and customers.

Dynamic audio pickup
The IP network full-duplex intercom system supports intelligent monitoring and identification of sound sources and environmental noise. It automatically adjusts the output volume of the internal and external intercom units to maintain a stable sound level within a certain range, preventing fluctuations in volume.

Unified platform management
The IP full-duplex intercom system shares a software platform with the remote networked IP assistance intercom system. This unified platform not only simplifies management but also reduces system construction costs.

Technical advantages
MVPT multi-channel voice processing technology:
During full-duplex communication between the internal and external intercom units, MVPT technology performs adaptive dynamic echo suppression and noise reduction by analyzing various sound aspects, including local echoes from the external unit, local echoes from the internal unit, close-range amplification, and environmental noise. This improves voice clarity while automatically adjusting the volume, resulting in more stable and clearer audio quality compared to traditional echo suppression technologies.
