Multi-Protocol Compatibility

This IP telephone interface supports TCP/IP, UDP, ARP, ICMP, and IGMP network protocols, ensuring smooth integration into existing communication systems. It comes with 4 FXO ports, allowing multiple calls to run simultaneously without interference.

Two-Way Communication

External telephones can call any IP terminal directly, and IP terminals can also dial external telephones for full-duplex, real-time conversations. This makes it ideal for offices, factories, and multi-site organizations.

Efficient Zone Paging

With built-in voice prompts, external phones can easily make zone paging announcements to selected IP terminals, enabling fast, clear, and targeted communication in emergencies or daily operations.

Q1: We have an existing PBX phone system. Can this IP-based system integrate with it, allowing our external callers to reach specific IP endpoints or make announcements?

Yes, absolutely. This system is designed to connect to your existing PBX or even the public telephone network (PSTN) using analog phone lines. It comes standard with four FXO ports, enabling multiple simultaneous calls. External callers can dial in and reach any designated IP terminal, with support for setting a default call ID for full-duplex conversations. Furthermore, external callers can follow voice prompts to make paging announcements to specific zones of IP terminals.

Q2: Can our internal users with IP terminals make outgoing calls to regular phone numbers through this system? And how does the system connect to our network?

Yes, internal users with IP terminals can make outgoing calls to external phone numbers through the system. They simply dial the desired number, and the system routes the call through the connected analog phone lines (via the PBX or PSTN). For network connectivity, the system uses a standard RJ45 Ethernet interface. This means it can be plugged into any standard network switch or router, and it can even communicate across different network segments and subnets (cross-network and cross-routing capability). This makes it easy to integrate into your existing network infrastructure.
