You can charge up to 12 compatible conference microphone units simultaneously, as long as the total power consumption doesn't exceed 75W. Since each port is limited to 5W, you can safely use all 12 ports at the same time with the intended devices (which are designed to work with this power level).

Q2: What does "overcharge protection" mean? Does this protect the devices being charged?

"Overcharge protection" means the charging hub has built-in circuitry to prevent overcharging the batteries of the connected conference microphone units.
