Background
The Second Kindergarten of Jinxi County is located north of the Feiran Community Resettlement Housing. The campus covers 8.8 acres with a total investment of approximately 40 million yuan. The school features 17 classes, creating over 500 new student slots, and has a building area of 8,122.75 square meters that includes teaching buildings, functional rooms, and an auditorium.

With its modern facilities, elegant teaching environment, strong faculty, and advanced educational resources, the kindergarten required a professional PA system to support teaching, daily campus management, and student activities. SPON Communications was honored to design and install a brand-new intelligent IP network PA system for the school.

  • The kindergarten’s PA system is based on a networked IP architecture, offering digital transmission, minimal wiring, user-friendly operation, and high-quality sound. The design also emphasizes interactive broadcasting to improve communication efficiency across the campus.

    Classrooms are grouped by floor zones, allowing flexible combinations. Each classroom can be independently managed, enabling point-to-point playback or grouped broadcasting.

    Teachers can easily play music or make announcements without extra wiring. Remote operation and centralized management reduce workload for staff.

  • BGM Playback & Scheduled Programs
    The IP system supports automated scheduling of class bells, music, and announcements. Each terminal has its own independent IP address, making it possible to operate fully automatically. Background music can also be played during recess, creating a comfortable environment for children and staff.
  • Staff Announcements
    Teachers and administrators can use IP paging microphones to make announcements. The system server initiates the broadcast, and users can select a specific zone or the entire campus with just one click. This makes communication fast, efficient, and highly flexible.
  • Real-Time Audio Playback
    Teachers can broadcast audio files or live program resources directly from their computer via the server software. This feature removes limitations on audio sources and enriches teaching methods, allowing for dynamic and engaging lessons.
